In all of our memory books you can expect to receive:

All you need is a free Canva account which you can sign up for here.

You can either complete these templates on your computer by going to www.canva.com and logging in to your account, or you can download the Canva app on your phone.

You do not need the professional (paid) version of Canva to use these templates, although this does allow you more options for customisation, and to save your PDF file as CMYK, which is the preferred option for printing (although you are still able to print in RGB format)

As these templates are created in Canva, some basic knowledge of this platform would be helpful – however it is a very user friendly app/website, so if you have no prior knowledge it wouldn’t take long to find your way around. However basic computer skills are recommended!

I also provide short, easy to follow tutorial videos to explain the best way to complete your template - you will gain access to these after purchase.

After you complete your purchase, you will be sent a PDF almost immediately that has lots of useful information, and a link to open your template. Once you click the link, it will open in your own Canva account, and you will be able to start filling it in straight away!

I also recommend having an app on your phone such as ‘Keep’ where you can quickly jot down dates (such as a new tooth popping up) or funny things your toddler says! I personally liked to write my monthly updates to my baby (your first year template) while I was in bed using the Keep app - then I could easily copy and paste this text into the template when I was next at my computer.

Whilst importing photos and completing small copy sections are an absolute breeze on your phone, I find editing layouts, aligning text, entering large sections of text and other major design alterations are best completed on the computer.

No, printing is not included in this purchase.

After you've completed your memory book, the best way to enjoy it is to have it professionally printed. You can inquire at a local print shop or explore the many online printing options available. If you are located in Australia, we recommend Dynamic Digital for wire bound books, or Mixam for hard or soft cover books.

You will need to download your template as a high quality PDF to print, and then provide this to your printer. I explain in depth how to save your file for print in my tutorial videos (which you gain access to after purchase).

Please note there are NO refunds/returns/exchanges on digital items. Please read and understand what you are purchasing prior to committing to buy.

If you accidentally make a double purchase, you can request a refund within two weeks of the purchase date. An instance of a 'double purchase' includes buying two identical templates for the same product or purchasing an item that is already part of a bundle you bought. To process a refund, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. If you encounter a double purchase, please reach out to us promptly using the contact form, and we will assist you with the refund process.
