You can easily:

• Delete any pages that don’t apply to your story

• Edit all headings and prompts in Canva

All you need is a free Canva account which you can sign up for here.

You can either complete these templates on your computer by going to www.canva.com and logging in to your account, or you can download the Canva app on your phone.

You do not need the professional (paid) version of Canva to use these templates, although this does allow you more options for customisation, and to save your PDF file as CMYK, which is the preferred option for printing (although you are still able to print in RGB format)

Wildfolk Memory Books are created in Canva, which is a very user-friendly design platform. If you’ve used a computer before, you’ll be absolutely fine.

Some basic computer skills are helpful, but you don’t need any design experience at all. Most mums find their way around Canva very quickly.

After purchase, you’ll receive short, easy-to-follow tutorials and step-by-step instructions that walk you through exactly how to complete your book.

And if you ever get stuck, I’m always happy to help.

After you complete your purchase, you will be sent a PDF almost immediately that has lots of useful information, and a link to open your template. Once you click the link, it will open in your own Canva account, and you will be able to start filling it in straight away!

I also recommend having an app on your phone such as ‘Keep’ where you can quickly jot down dates (such as a new tooth popping up) or funny things your toddler says! I personally liked to write my monthly updates to my baby (Bump to Baby template) while I was in bed using the Keep app - then I could easily copy and paste this text into the template when I was next at my computer.

Whilst importing photos and completing small copy sections are an absolute breeze on your phone, I find editing layouts, aligning text, entering large sections of text and other major design alterations are best completed on the computer.

Yes. Once you’ve purchased a Wildfolk Memory Book, you can use that template to create a book for each of your children.

When you open your template in Canva, it’s saved to your account. From there, you can duplicate the file, create multiple versions, and customise each one for a different child, a different year, or even as a gift.

You only need one Canva account to manage all of your books.

The templates are for personal use only and can’t be shared or redistributed, but you’re welcome to use them as many times as you like for your own family.

No. Your book and all of its contents are completely private.

When you purchase a Wildfolk Memory Book, the template is added directly to your own Canva account, and I have no access to it.

I cannot see your photos, videos, words, or any personal information.

The only time I ever see a book is if you choose to share it with me for a Design Review, and everything you share is kept fully confidential.

The design review is simply a way for me to help you with formatting, alignment, and printing, and to learn how I can keep improving the templates to make them easier to use.

Printing is not included in your purchase. Wildfolk Memory Books are digital templates that you personalise and print through Canva.

I’ve chosen Canva very intentionally because, after a lot of research, it’s the most affordable and streamlined option I’ve found for creating and printing high-quality memory books.

Canva allows you to:

• Design, customise and order your book all in one place
• Choose your size, cover and finish
• Control how many pages you include
• Print only when you’re ready

The quality is beautiful, the process is simple, and compared to most photo book companies, it’s much more affordable. That’s why I’ve designed the entire Wildfolk experience around Canva. It keeps everything easy for busy mums and removes unnecessary steps, uploads and back-and-forth with printers.

Yes! If you’d like a little extra peace of mind before printing, I offer a Design Assistance Service where I personally review your completed book.

I’ll go through your design, make any small tweaks needed for alignment, formatting, and flow, and then let you know what I’ve adjusted so it’s ready to print and looking beautiful.

Because Wildfolk memory books are digital products, all sales are final and we’re unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges once your files have been downloaded. Please take a moment to read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing so you know exactly what you’re getting.

That said, you’re never on your own.
