Yes, absolutely. Wildfolk Memory Books are designed to be completely flexible, because no two family journeys look the same.

You can easily:

• Delete any pages that don’t apply to your story
  
• Duplicate pages you want more of
  
• Edit all headings and prompts in Canva

Many families use the books to tell unique stories, including foster care, adoption, blended families, guardianship journeys, and other different family stories.

Each Wildfolk Memory Book includes an editable Canva template filled with ready-made layouts and thoughtful prompts to help you capture your memories.

You’ll also receive a Welcome Document with instructions, helpful tips and tutorials to guide you through personalising your book.

The number of pages varies between templates, so you can find the details of what’s included on each product page.

Tutorial videos include:

Many parents start during pregnancy or the early days, then keep adding to it as life settles. You can take your time and finish it when it feels right.

This is designed for real life, not perfect timelines.

All Wildfolk Memory Books are designed to be edited in Canva, a free, beginner-friendly design platform.

All you need is a free Canva account. Once you’ve purchased your memory book, you’ll receive a link to open your template in Canva, where you can add your photos, fill in the prompts and personalise the pages to suit your family.

You don’t need Canva Pro or any design experience. Your book comes with ready-made layouts, plus a Welcome Document with step-by-step instructions and helpful tutorials to guide you along the way.

You don’t need to be tech-savvy or have any design experience to create your Wildfolk Memory Book.

Each template comes with ready-made layouts, so you can simply add your photos and type your memories into the spaces provided. You can also change or remove pages to make the book your own, but there’s no need to redesign anything.

You’ll receive a Welcome Document with step-by-step instructions and short video tutorials to help you get started. And if you get stuck along the way, you’re always welcome to reach out. I’m happy to help!

After you complete your purchase, you will be sent a PDF almost immediately that has lots of useful information, and a link to open your template. Once you click the link, it will open in your own Canva account, and you will be able to start filling it in straight away!

You can add photos and edit text using the Canva app on your phone. For longer sections, moving elements around or making bigger layout changes, I recommend using a computer. It generally makes editing easier.

Yes. Once you’ve purchased a Wildfolk Memory Book, you can use that template to create a book for each of your children.

When you open your template in Canva, it’s saved to your account. From there, you can duplicate the file, create multiple versions, and customise each one for a different child, a different year, or even as a gift.

You only need one Canva account to manage all of your books.

The templates are for personal use only and can’t be shared or redistributed, but you’re welcome to use them as many times as you like for your own family.

You add your photos directly to your memory book in Canva. Wildfolk does not receive or store the photos you upload to your own Canva account.

If you choose to include videos, you can store them on a platform of your choice and add a QR code to your book that links to them. Your videos are not uploaded to Wildfolk.

Make sure the video’s sharing settings allow the people you want to share your book with to view it. You’ll also need to keep the video and its link available for the QR code to continue working.

If you choose to share your book with me for a Design Review, I’ll be able to view the content you share for that purpose.

Printing is not included in your purchase. Wildfolk Memory Books are digital templates that you personalise and print through Canva.

Canva doesn’t currently offer spine printing for its photo books, so the spine of your finished book will be blank.

I’m looking into alternative printing options that may allow you to add a title to the spine. If I find a suitable option, I’ll share the details here.

In the meantime, you can still print your completed Wildfolk Memory Book directly through Canva.

Yes! If you’d like a little extra peace of mind before printing, I offer a Design Assistance Service where I personally review your completed book.

I’ll go through your design, make any small tweaks needed for alignment, formatting, and flow, and then let you know what I’ve adjusted so it’s ready to print and looking beautiful.

Wildfolk Memory Books are digital products, so no physical book will be shipped. You’ll receive access to your files after purchase.

As digital products, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If you accidentally purchase the same template twice, or purchase a template that is already included in a bundle you’ve bought, please contact me within 14 days with your order details so I can arrange a refund for the duplicate purchase.
