Because Wildfolk products are digital downloads, all sales are final once your files have been delivered. Please take a moment to read the product descriptions and view any previews before purchasing so you feel confident in your choice.
That said, you’re never on your own.
If you have any questions before purchasing, need help accessing your files, or get stuck using your template, I’m always here to help. Each memory book comes with clear written instructions and video tutorials, and you’re welcome to reach out anytime for personal support.
Accidental Double Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same template twice, or buy a product that’s already included in a bundle you’ve purchased, you can request a refund within 14 days of your purchase.
Simply contact me via the contact form with your receipt or proof of purchase and I’ll take care of it for you.
